modchip.org has made shipping quick and affordable for people in all locations and for all products.
For your convenience we offer two shipping methods that vary both in price and delivery time:
- AIRMAIL PRIORITY is the quickest method and the delivery time is 2-4 business days.
- EXPRESS (Global Priority) is cheaper and the delivery time is 5-10 business days.
The total shipping charges for each shipping option are dependent on the package weight and are shown at the checkout process on the "Shipping option" site.
The logistec network
We make our most possible one for very fast shipping to our customer. Therefore we have made a shop network over the world
with redundant ecommerce servers, database servers, shipping points and logistec centres. This system is the only way to guarantee an absolute
availability, also one ecommerce server or database server is down. With this network, we can also guarantee very quick response to customer
inquiries and very fast delivery time of your orders, because one logistec centre is also on the near from you.

- Where is my order shipped?
We ship your order from one of the following shipping points and logistec centres:

Our network system select the nearest shipping point so that you receive your order as soon as possible. And if your product is not in
stock then we (our network system) ship asap the product from the other next shippint point to you.
- How long will it take to process my order?
If you select Credit Card as payment method, your order will be shipped at the same day you place it (Mon-Fri).
If you select another payment method than Credit Card, your order will be shipped the same day we receive your payment (Mon-Fri).
- How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know when it was shipped.
- Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, this is not a problem.
- Can you ship to APO/FPO?
Yes, this is not a problem.
- I have orderd 2 products at the same day and now I have received 2 parcels at two different days - why is this so?
We have more shipping points in much different countrys and if a product is in your near shipping point
not in stock then we (our network system) ship asap the product from the next shippint point to you.
- I am from USA (or a other country) and have received my parcel from europa or china - why is this so?
The product was in your near shipping point not in stock and therefore we (our network system) has shipped it from the next
available shipping point to you.
- Must I pay more if a parcel was shipped from a other location to me or if I have received two parcels from one order?
No, because this is a special free service for you to receive your products faster and without any long waiting times.
- What if the typical delivery time has passed and I still don't have my order?
Because of postal delays it may sometimes take a bit longer for an order to arrive than the typical delivery time.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days after you got your Shipping Confirmation email,
please check with your neighbors or family members if they have received your order. If this is not so
